BEAR IN MIND, ALL SOLD GOODS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE BUT EXCHANGEABLE.
IN THE EVENT OF FAULTY AND DEFECTS PRODUCT, JIMMYSCARVES OWNS THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT ONE-TO-ONE EXCHANGE FOR THE PRODUCT.
CUSTOMERS MUST FOLLOW THE BELOW CONDITIONS IN ORDER TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE: –
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/lable still attached and in the original packaging (if available).
- Items must be returned to us within 7 days of the receipt.
- Items exchange are subject to availability of our stock.
- Please contact with our sales admin for further clarifications and due process or email us at email@example.com.
- Customers also may walk-in to our store for product exchange.
*Notes: All shipping cost are borne by us if the above conditions are met.
We reserved the right to refuse the return should the product did not meet the above conditions. The product will be send back to you and all cost are borne by the customer.
